Klinedinst PC is seeking a qualified Paralegal who will join our team with at least 5 years of experience working in both a litigation and transactional support role with the knowledge of the litigation process and transaction research and filings. If you are a self-starter who is looking for growth and a friendly environment, we would like to hear from you. As a Paralegal, you will work alone as well as develop working relationships within a team environment. This position will work directly with our attorneys to prepare for upcoming cases and contracts while getting involved with fact-finding projects. The ideal candidate for this position needs to be organized, professional and committed to meet our clients' needs. Essential duties and responsibilities will include:

- Prepare/file Articles of Incorporation/Organization with Secretary of State
- Prepare/file Statements of Information with Secretary of State
- FinCen filings for Corporate Transparency Act
- Legal Research
- Real property recordings and research
- Notary/Apostille services and management
- Due diligence management and oversight for M&A transactions
- Contract preparation and analysis
- Transactional closing coordination
- Contract execution management
- Document management
- Pay range: $42.31-$45.67 per hour.

Qualifications
- A certificate of completion of a paralegal program approved by the American Bar Association.
- Excellent communication and organization abilities.
- Strong research skills.
- This job requires regular attendance to the office for the first 180 days, though as a dynamic culture we embrace opportunities for hybrid working arrangements when eligible
