About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic Partnerships & Business Development Manager to spearhead our partner ecosystem and drive new business opportunities. This role is a blend of partnerships marketing and business development-ideal for someone who can think strategically and execute effectively.
You'll be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that enhance our product offerings, drive revenue, and expand our market reach. Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams, you'll ensure the success of these partnerships and align them with Teambridge's long-term objectives.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that enhance our product offerings, drive revenue, and expand our market reach. Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams, you'll ensure the success of these partnerships and align them with Teambridge's long-term objectives.
What You'll Do
- Develop Partnership Strategies: Create and execute strategies that align with Teambridge's business objectives, accelerating growth through new channels and collaborations.
- Identify and Acquire Partners: Seek out and establish partnerships with complementary SaaS vendors, technology providers, and industry leaders to enhance our product value and market exposure.
- Manage Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners, serving as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related matters.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Implement partnership-led initiatives, including co-marketing campaigns, referral programs, and integration partnerships, to drive revenue.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership activities.
- Negotiate Contracts: Structure and negotiate partnership agreements that are beneficial for both parties, clearly outlining deliverables, revenue-sharing, and other obligations.
- Conduct Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to identify opportunities for new partnerships that provide a strategic advantage.
- Enable Partners: Ensure partners have the necessary tools, resources, and training to successfully promote and sell Teambridge's solutions.
- Track Performance: Monitor and report on the performance and impact of partnerships, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Represent Teambridge: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build relationships and promote partnership opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, partner marketing, business development, or a related role in a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships that drive revenue.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS landscape, including integration partnerships, co-selling opportunities, and referral programs.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with partner marketing strategies and co-branded campaigns is a plus.
