Who you'll be working with
Codal's Sales Org moves as a single unit, in lock step with our incredible marketing team, and the results speak for themselves. Our team has seen significant growth over the past 5 years. We are comprised of; BDR's for industry targeting strategy, initial reach outs and meeting setting. Account Executives to guide our pre-sales, proposals, and handoff to legal team for contracting. From there one of our Account Managers will step in to manage the client relationship long term as well as identify upsell opportunities. Lastly, our Partnerships team is an extension of the Sales/Marketing org and there to assist any pre-sales or projects that need to bring in a technology partner for scoping or technical help as well as planning events/co-marketing activites to fill up the Codal sales pipeline.

What you'll be doing
- Responsible for managing sales opportunities and fostering strong relationships with our partners.
- Regularly meet with partners to manage sales opportunities and maintain relationships, demonstrating extreme organization by meticulously taking notes, capturing action items, and maintaining clear agendas.
- Strategically manage a book of business to understand partner needs and identify growth opportunities within existing relationships.
- Act as a liaison between project teams and partners to resolve technical issues and answer questions.
- Interface with clients, serving as the subject matter expert (SME) on potential partnership opportunities.
- Provide regular updates to partners and meet deadlines.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making by analyzing data in tools like Excel/Salesforce to identify opportunities and track progress.
- Take ownership on plans with an action-oriented approach, and effectively execute them.
- Adapt seamlessly to changes, even when switching gears from day to day or meeting to meeting, without losing sight of important tasks.
- Be a confident writer, capable of responding to and coordinating emails with partners without approval.
- Be willing to travel up to 20% of the time for events, trade shows, partner visits, summits, dinners, etc.
What you'll need to be successful (Requirements)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of experience in a relationship-based sales role, ideally for a Consultancy or other services-based company.
- Ability to find sales opportunities in creative ways.
- Strong presentation skills, executive presence and business maturity.

- Experience working for a consultancy.
- Experience with the G-Suite (Gmail,Docs,Sheets etc.)
