Position Breakdown
Are you ready to ride into a leadership role that fuels your passion? We are seeking a Parts and Accessories Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Parts and Accessories Department. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, delivering outstanding customer service, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Parts and Accessories Department.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring timely ordering and stock availability.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding the perfect parts and accessories for their Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet department goals.
  • Recruit, train, and manage department staff, fostering a high-performing, motivated team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional customer experience.
  • Stay updated on the latest Harley-Davidson parts, accessories, and trends to maintain expertise in the brand.


Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Harley-Davidson parts, accessories, and culture.
  • Exceptional organizational and inventory management skills.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
