Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Parts and Accessories Department.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring timely ordering and stock availability.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding the perfect parts and accessories for their Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet department goals.
- Recruit, train, and manage department staff, fostering a high-performing, motivated team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional customer experience.
- Stay updated on the latest Harley-Davidson parts, accessories, and trends to maintain expertise in the brand.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
- Strong knowledge of Harley-Davidson parts, accessories, and culture.
- Exceptional organizational and inventory management skills.
- Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Proficiency with inventory management software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
