Position: Parts & Service Director (Automotive)
Location: Milford (Milford, Connecticut)
Responsibilities:
As Parts & Service Director, you will be responsible for the overall performance and profitability of all Key Cars Auto Group fixed operations, which currently include the following dealerships: Key Hyundai of Milford, Key Hyundai of Manchester, Genesis of Milford, and Middletown Chevrolet. This includes developing and implementing strategic plans to maximize customer satisfaction, optimize service and parts sales, control costs, and ensure efficient workflow. You will oversee the hiring, training, and performance management of all parts and service personnel. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers, vendors, and customers, ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures, and monitoring key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement within the fixed operations departments.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and technology
- Proficient in computerized systems for service and parts management
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and performance targets
