Patent Attorney

The firm is seeking a high-performing Intellectual Property associate to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of patent litigation experience as well as a background in electrical or mechanical engineering. BSEE/BSME preferred. Additional trademark and/or copyright litigation experience a plus. A strong academic background and excellent research, writing and communication skills are essential for this role. Candidate should have experience in taking and/or defending depositions, brief writing, and oral motion practice before the courts. This position is open to our offices in Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Miami, New York, Philadelphia and Washington DC. Bar admission required for the jurisdiction of practice.
