Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Nurse Manager

Job Specialty: Patient Care Coordinator

Job Duration: 16 weeks

Shift: 8 hours, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Experience: Minimum years of experience required

License: Valid RN license

Certifications: Required relevant certifications for practice

Must-Have:

- Strong leadership and management abilities

Job Description:
- Coordinate and manage patient care activities within the unit
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff
- Facilitate communication between patients, families, and medical staff
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
