Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Full-Time Nights

Position Details:

• Schedule: Full-Time Nights (7 PM - 7 AM)
• Rotating Weekends: 2 weekends per month (Friday - Sunday).
• Salary Range: 34.24-34.24-45.75/hr (based on experience).
• Shift Differentials:
  
  • Nights: +$3.75/hr
  • Weekends: +$6.00/hr
• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000.
• Relocation Assistance: $5,000 (for candidates relocating 50+ miles).

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to deliver, coordinate, and evaluate patient care.
• Serve as a resource for staff, providing coaching, training, and feedback.
• Support improved patient outcomes and an unparalleled care experience.
• Assist with staff scheduling and oversee the admission/discharge process.
• Monitor and manage a 34-bed PCU caring for patients with:
  
  • Chest pain, CVA/TIA, sepsis, and pulmonary complications.
  • Drips including cardizem, amiodarone, heparin, and lasix.
  • Neuro and COVID-related conditions.

Who You Are:

• Licensed: Active RN license required.
• Educated: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Experienced: Previous Charge Nurse experience required.
• Certified:
  
  • BLS: Required within 30 days of hire.
  • ACLS: Required within 30 days of hire.
  • NIHSS Stroke Certification: Required within 30 days of hire.
