What you will be doing in this Role

• Leading engineering analysis and design efforts on challenging, unique projects
• Ensure all projects meet quality standards and are completed within budget and on time
• Provide technical leadership, assisting engineers with complex design problems using state-of-the-art technology
• Develop and implement long-term staffing and employee development plans
• Manage recruitment, hiring, and development of discipline team members
• Support business development by contributing to client proposals, SOQs, and presentations

Qualifications you will need for this Position

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Professional Engineering license required
• 15+ years of electrical systems design experience in consulting, with expertise in power distribution, substations, control systems, and hardware interfacing
• Strong knowledge of single-line diagrams, schematics, P&IDs, and NEC standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
