Nurse House Manager - Children's Transitional Care Homes

Monday - Friday, standard business hours (with On Call rotation)

KenCrest is seeking a Nurse House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Children's Transitional Care Home in Philadelphia, PA.

Our Children's Homes serve as a steppingstone between the hospital and the family residence. Our Care Teams train and prepare parents and guardians to manage their children's needs for when they are back in the family home with their loved ones. Our qualified I/DD and social work professionals concurrently assess the children for any potential intellectual or development disabilities.

As our Nurse House Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the house, provide direct supervision to house staff and ensure adherence to all standard practices and procedures, coordinate to ensure the highest quality of care for the residents, staff scheduling and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse (RN), licensed in the State of PA
  • Minimum five (5) years' supervisory experience
  • Minimum two (2) years' pediatric tracheostomy care and ventilator management experience
  • Maintenance of required 30 CEU hrs./2 years
  • Valid Driver's License
