- BC / Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
- Nonprofit FQHC clinic setting
- Strictly outpatient
- M - F, 8:30 - 5:00
- Hour of admin, 7 hrs of patient care, and 30 min for lunch
- Could potentially entertain reduced schedule
- Expectation is to see 14-15 patients per day
- Scheduled patients and walk-ins
- 1 MA per provider
- Salary based on experience: $107,000 for new grad up to $164,000
- Additional pay for DNP
- Passing Spanish fluency test = 2% annual bonus
- Productivity bonuses = 3% annual bonus if you hit 105% of prod of goal; 5% if you hit %110 of prod goal based on number of patients seen
- Pay increases 2.5%-4% annually based on performance revieww
