Summary
Lead the hospital in kidney transplant program development. Oversee the clinical practice of the medical staff associated with the kidney transplant program. Determines a course of action based on research, data, standards of care and general guidelines/protocols. Communicates effectively with a wide variety of intra and inter-facility staff and administration using both oral and written communication. Possess critical thinking, analytical, teaching/coaching and research skills .
Minimum Qualifications
The physician must have an M.D., D.O., or equivalent degree from another country, with a current license to practice medicine in the hospital's state or jurisdiction.
