Description:
- Pega RPA: Hands-on experience indeveloping, implementing, and managing automation solutions using Pega RoboticsProcess Automation (RPA).
- RPA Development: Proficient in designingand deploying bots and automating business processes with Pega Robotics.
- System Integration: Knowledge ofintegrating RPA solutions with various systems, applications, and third-partytools.
- Troubleshooting & Optimization: Strongability to debug and optimize RPA processes for improved performance andreliability.
- Collaboration:Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, business analysts, andclients to gather requirements and ensure efficient automation solutions.
Must-Have:
- Strong hands-on experience in Pega RPA,including the development and deployment of bots.
- Experience in automating business processes,designing workflows, and integrating Pega RPA with third-party systems.
- Proven ability to optimize and debugautomation processes for performance and scalability.
- Excellent communication skills forcollaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Solid understanding of RPA best practicesand methodology.
Good-to-Have
- Pega Robotics Certification or similar RPAcertifications.
- Experience with other RPA tools like UiPath,Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOpspractices, and cloud platforms.
Expectations from the Role:
- Partner with Clients Site Reliability Engineers & Deliver Automation, Monitoring/Alerting Optimization, Stability Improvements
- Incident Restoration and Perform regular application maintenance / healthchecks, Working with load balanced high traffic services, optimize code and automate routine tasks
- Identify & document the root cause of issues and back track to the source of issues for resolution
- Participate in agile practice such as standups, de monstrations, grooming, and solutioning sessions.

Salary Range - $60,790-$140,000 a year
