Pentaho ETL Developer

Role Description:

• As a Pentaho ETL Developer, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and deploy ETL processes using Pentaho Data Integration (PDI).
• You will be tasked with extracting, transforming, and loading data from various sources into data warehouses and data marts.
• Collaboration with data engineers and data analysts is essential to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Additionally, you will optimize and tune Pentaho ETL jobs for performance, scalability, and reliability, while also implementing data quality checks to ensure data integrity throughout the ETL process.
• Your role will involve close interaction with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical support.
• Documenting technical designs, specifications, and processes is also part of the job, along with staying updated with Pentaho best practices and industry trends to continually enhance data integration workflows.
