This role will be reporting to the People Services Director of North America.
Role accountabilities:
As a member of the Local People Service team, the People Advisory Manager will establish trusted relationships with other members of the People Team, employees, line managers and other enabling functions departments. This position will provide front line leadership for a team responsible for people policies, initiatives, programs, or general inquiries. The role will work closely with other People Services team members, People Business Partners, Employee Relations & Compliance, Global Mobility, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $80,461 - $107,281. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.

In more detail, the People Advisory Manager will:
- Manage a team of People Services Partners and Advisors who are the point of contact for People related inquiries for Arcadis employees across the country.
- Ensure team members are well trained in People Services responsibilities and offer cross-training opportunities for shared tasks and growth.
- Lead the team to deliver business needs and meet or exceed client SLA expectations.
- Work closely with the Global People Shared Service Centre to ensure delivery of efficient and high-quality people services.
- Manage data in HCM including uploads, special processes, data entry quality checks, and overall system integrity checks.
- Organize and lead Quarterly Upgrade System Testing in partnership with People Services Partners and Advisors.
- Troubleshoot HCM issues and escalate improvement initiatives with Tech to ensure data integrity and team efficiency.
- Run standard and custom reports from Oracle and perform analytics work with data.
- Work with Centers of Excellence including Capability (Learning and Development), Talent Acquisition, Global People Shared Services, Total Rewards, and local People Services to provide a wide range of People Services to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Global Mobility and Immigration on capturing global transfers and temporary assignments in employment system.
- Assist in providing a positive employee experience, including managing escalated items.
- Manage process improvement of People Services processes.
- Share knowledge with the wider People Services team to build capability.
- Maintain relationships with external vendors that provide services managed by People Services (ADP Unemployment, Client Background Vendors, Equifax, etc.)
- Play a key role in the local People Services network and take an active role on group wide People projects as needed.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality while modeling our values and behaviors.
- Act as a visible steward of health and safety and ensuring familiarity and compliance with Health and Safety regulations and guidelines. Promote Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives

- Proven experience working in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet strict deadlines
- Strong ability to ensure accuracy and compliance in all People-related operations
- Capacity to understand how people issues impact the business and how People Services can create value for the organization
- Experience in navigating and implementing processes in dynamic and evolving environments
- Capacity to interpret written communication and analyze client needs using People data systems
- Hands-on experience managing People-related projects with measurable outcomes
