As a People Business Partner at Bevi, you will serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to the Sales, Marketing, and G&A organizations. You will play a critical role in aligning people strategies with business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness, and fostering engaged high-performing teams. This role requires a deep understanding of business priorities, operations, and talent needs to ensure the successful execution of People programs while maintaining a balanced, scalable organizational structure.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnership & Organizational Planning
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business priorities, challenges, and operations of the Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to align people strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure there is a clear business need for new roles and promotions, keeping in mind long-term sustainability and a balanced level structure.
  • Partner with the Compensation team to benchmark new roles and promotions, ensuring consistency and competitiveness.
  • Identify and analyze trends within the business to shape future People Team priorities and initiatives.
  • Help mitigate people-related risks by proactively identifying potential challenges and providing strategic guidance.

Talent Development & Performance Management
  • Identify opportunities for performance improvement and coach managers on delivering feedback, having performance discussions, and fostering a culture of accountability.
  • Partner with leaders to develop and implement talent development strategies that enhance both individual and team performance.
  • Coach managers to grow their leadership capabilities and build high-performing, engaged teams.
  • Support succession planning efforts by identifying key talent and creating development plans to strengthen the leadership pipeline.

People Program Execution & Employee Engagement
  • Drive the rollout and execution of People programs within the Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams, ensuring initiatives are tailored to business needs and drive meaningful impact.
  • Act as a thought partner to leaders in fostering a culture of engagement, inclusion, and performance.
  • Gather and analyze employee feedback to refine and improve People programs and initiatives.

Change Management & Organizational Effectiveness
  • Partner with leaders to support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with business goals.
  • Support managers and employees through periods of change, providing guidance, resources, and solutions to drive adoption and minimize disruption.
  • Serve as an empathetic and solutions-oriented thought partner, helping leaders navigate complex people challenges with a strategic and balanced approach.

Employee Relations & Retention
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and practices.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive retention and engagement, addressing root causes of turnover and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Act as a trusted resource for employees, providing guidance on career growth, conflict resolution, and other concerns.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years of HR Business Partnering or related People Team experience, preferably supporting high-growth, fast-paced organizations.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with leaders, acting as a strategic advisor and thought partner.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, workforce planning, and organizational design.
  • Experience in performance management, leadership development, and talent planning.
  • Ability to analyze trends, identify areas for improvement, and drive meaningful change.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Empathetic, solutions-oriented, and able to navigate complex people challenges with sound judgment.
