Per Diem Supervisor (I.R)

The I.R supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of technologists who perform Interventional Radiology and Imaging procedures, ensures the accuracy and completeness of work assignments and adequate coverage and training of the technologists. In addition, ensures adherence to department procedures, state and local regulations and SBH policies and procedures. They will also partake in working On Call during off hours.

Education Required - High School graduate. Graduate of A.M.A approved school for radiologic technology and advanced training in CT preferred.

License(s) Required -

Licensed in NYS as a radiologic technologist.

Advanced certification as a CT technologist preferred

Current ARRT

Certified by NYS for contrast injections as required by the normal functions of the position.

Experience/Skills Required - two years IR experience.
