SUMMARY:Mimeo.com is seeking a dynamic Performance Marketing Manager to drive end-to-end marketing campaigns with a focus on direct-response marketing, audience engagement, and event contribution. This role will oversee multi-channel marketing initiatives, leveraging paid and organic strategies to generate high-quality leads, increase customer engagement, and support sales objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strategic yet hands-on approach, with experience in demand generation, content-driven marketing, and optimizing digital campaigns for measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Development & Execution
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel direct-response marketing campaigns, including PPC, paid social, email, and display advertising.
  • Develop and implement full-funnel marketing strategies, from awareness to conversion, ensuring a cohesive customer journey.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling ad copy, landing pages, and marketing assets that drive engagement and response.
  • Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to improve campaign effectiveness.


Lead Generation & Engagement
  • Design and execute high-impact lead generation campaigns that attract and convert valuable prospects for the sales team.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to segment audiences and nurture leads through personalized campaigns.
  • Work closely with sales teams to refine lead scoring and qualification processes to improve marketing-sourced revenue contribution.
  • Develop content marketing and SEO strategies to enhance inbound lead generation.


Event & Community Engagement
  • Support the planning, promotion, and execution of events, trade shows, and webinars, ensuring maximum attendance and engagement.
  • Develop and implement pre-event, live-event, and post-event marketing strategies to drive awareness, participation, and follow-up conversions.
  • Leverage digital channels to promote Mimeo's presence at events and generate leads through event-related content and outreach.
  • Work with sales and partnerships teams to develop event-related promotions, sponsorship activations, and audience engagement tactics.


Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Track and measure customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and conversion rates to optimize spend allocation.
  • Identify new opportunities to scale high-performing campaigns and discontinue underperforming efforts.


Collaboration & Budget Management
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, content, design, and product teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring spend is allocated to the highest-impact activities.
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors when necessary to scale efforts.


Skills Knowledge & Expertise

Required Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in full-service marketing, with a strong emphasis on direct-response campaigns, lead generation, and audience engagement.
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing PPC, paid social, display advertising, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with expertise in marketing analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Power BI, or CRM reporting tools.
  • Experience in event marketing, webinar promotion, and driving attendance through digital channels.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads, engagement, and attribution.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and organic lead generation strategies to complement paid efforts.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets with a focus on ROI and performance-driven allocation.
