Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development & Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel direct-response marketing campaigns, including PPC, paid social, email, and display advertising.
- Develop and implement full-funnel marketing strategies, from awareness to conversion, ensuring a cohesive customer journey.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling ad copy, landing pages, and marketing assets that drive engagement and response.
- Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to improve campaign effectiveness.
Lead Generation & Engagement
- Design and execute high-impact lead generation campaigns that attract and convert valuable prospects for the sales team.
- Leverage marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to segment audiences and nurture leads through personalized campaigns.
- Work closely with sales teams to refine lead scoring and qualification processes to improve marketing-sourced revenue contribution.
- Develop content marketing and SEO strategies to enhance inbound lead generation.
Event & Community Engagement
- Support the planning, promotion, and execution of events, trade shows, and webinars, ensuring maximum attendance and engagement.
- Develop and implement pre-event, live-event, and post-event marketing strategies to drive awareness, participation, and follow-up conversions.
- Leverage digital channels to promote Mimeo's presence at events and generate leads through event-related content and outreach.
- Work with sales and partnerships teams to develop event-related promotions, sponsorship activations, and audience engagement tactics.
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
- Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Track and measure customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and conversion rates to optimize spend allocation.
- Identify new opportunities to scale high-performing campaigns and discontinue underperforming efforts.
Collaboration & Budget Management
- Work cross-functionally with sales, content, design, and product teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring spend is allocated to the highest-impact activities.
- Partner with external agencies and vendors when necessary to scale efforts.

- Proven experience in full-service marketing, with a strong emphasis on direct-response campaigns, lead generation, and audience engagement.

- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and organic lead generation strategies to complement paid efforts.
