Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Senior Director, Performance, Reporting & Analytics, the Performance, Reporting & Analytics Analyst supports the organization's performance management and analytics initiatives. This role involves conducting detailed data analysis, generating insights, and contributing to the development of performance improvement strategies.
Essential Functions and Work Responsibilities
Functional Category: Performance Research and Analytics
Estimated Percent of time Spent - 100%
Conduct in-depth analysis of performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Maintain performance dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources.
Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making and performance improvement initiatives.
Support data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data audits and validation checks.
Maintain documentation for data analysis processes and methodologies.
Support the Senior Director in preparing presentations and reports for executive leadership.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance management and analytics.
Support the analyze healthcare data from clinical, claims, and operational sources to support performance improvement initiatives.
Support creation of predictive models to forecast healthcare trends and outcomes.
Support the monitoring the costs and revenue trends for healthcare facilities and identify root causes of developing trends.
Support the end-to-end data analysis, including cleansing, validating, auditing, and comparing data from various sources utilizing data visualization tools.
Support the documentation of best practices for executing performance analytics campaigns.
Work with other departments to gather relevant information on healthcare facility performance.
Respond to requests for analysis and provide analytic support to network management departments.
Travel Requirements

Travel between national InnovAge worksites
Overnight & out of state travel should be expected.

REQUIRED
Education
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Management Information Systems or other related field.
Work Experience and Qualifications
Minimum of three years of experience in data analysis and/or performance management.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Experience in developing and maintaining performance dashboards and reports.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data-driven findings to stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timeliness.
PREFERRED
Education
Master of Arts/Sciences in Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of five years of experience in a performance research and analytics role.
Experience in the healthcare industry or a similar complex environment.
