Role Requirements:
- Strong performance testing experience (experience leading work efforts in all aspects of
- performance testing including requirements, planning, test harness design, test execution,
- results analysis)
- Skilled in performance engineering (performance planning, troubleshooting, tuning and
- optimization, analysis, critical thinking, sees the bigger picture, understands performance
- beyond the testing)
- Exhibits triage ownership / leadership ability (ability to own issue resolution, direct triage,
- drive participation and discussion, execute crisp and effective communications, strong
- organizational skills)
- Solid understanding Of software development and architecture concepts (Java/JEE, code
- review, code analysis, architectural/enterprise integration patterns, 3-tier architecture)
