Must Skills: Performance Test Lead, LoadRunner, Jmeter, Selenium, Cloud, Automation Scripts - Shell and Java, Reporting Project Health metrics, Standard testing metrics.

Job Description:

• 8 - 10 years of experience in Performance Testing with LoadRunner Cloud
• Must have experience working in LoadRunner, JMeter tools.
• Knowledge on designing Test Performance Suit and Execution using Load Runner.
• Experience in creating Performance Test Strategy, Project Estimates Calculations techniques.
• Experience in creating Test Plans outlining the scope, objectives and resources required for Performance testing.
• Design & document performance Test Scenarios, including Load, Stress, and scalability testing.
• Experience in Analyzing test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Expertise with hands-on knowledge in Test performance and enhancement.
• Develop and maintain Performance Test Automation Scripts.
• Good to have Automation testing exp with Selenium.
• Must have strong collaboration, communication, and hands-on problem-solving skills.
• Automate applications on varied platforms & technologies.
• Demonstrate continuous improvement in working with broader team by measuring and reporting Project Health metrics and other standard testing metrics.
• Collaborates with product line stakeholders to understand and develop strategies, frameworks relating to their emerging demands.
