As a Performance Tester/Coordinator, you will work closely with development teams to conduct performance testing, identify bottlenecks, and ensure system reliability. You will lead performance testing strategies, analyze test results, and optimize system performance.

As a Performance Tester/Coordinator, you will work closely with development teams to conduct performance testing, identify bottlenecks, and ensure system reliability. You will lead performance testing strategies, analyze test results, and optimize system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance testing strategies for scalability, stability, and stress testing.
- Analyze test results to identify system bottlenecks and recommend optimizations.
- Work with UNIX, Linux, and Windows environments to assess and enhance system performance.
- Design performance testing frameworks for customer-facing applications and infrastructure.
- Optimize Oracle cluster technology, focusing on performance tuning and scalability.
- Utilize performance testing methodologies such as volume, soak, and response time tests.
- Develop and configure performance testing tools to assess system performance.
- Work with shell scripting, VMSTAT, SAR, and Stats pack for performance analysis.
- Ensure seamless system integration and efficient resource utilization.
- Provide performance reports and collaborate with development teams to improve system efficiency.
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
- 3-5 years of experience in performance testing and system optimization.
- Strong expertise in UNIX system environments; experience with Linux and Windows is essential.
- Knowledge of Oracle cluster technology, partitioning, and performance tuning.
- Experience with performance testing methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in analyzing system performance metrics and recommending optimizations.
- Background in transactional, messaging, and batch applications.
- Strong scripting skills for performance analysis and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with development teams.
