The Clinical Perfusionist will be responsible for providing perfusion services at medical facilities nationwide under the supervision of a Chief Perfusionist. Compensation:
- For W2 employees: $1,050 per shift ($87.50/hour)
- For 1099 contractors: $1,350 per shift ($112.50/ hour)
- A shift is defined as: daily perfusion coverage, the role of ECMO specialist/preceptor, ECMO training and education class, or ECMO transportation (ground transportation counts towards 1 shift, air/fixed wing transportation counts towards 2 shifts).
Requirements and Qualifications
- Maintain a bachelor's or higher in perfusion education
- American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion certified
- 2 + years of experience as a perfusionist is preferred
- BLS certification must be maintained
- Demonstrates great communication and teamwork skills necessary to interact with fellow team members and healthcare professionals

- Cardiopulmonary Bypass on Adult patient populations
- Autotransfusion
- Mechanical circulatory support device maintenance
- ECMO priming and Initiation
- Call Coverage
- Charting
