Our client is currently seeking a Personal Care Assistant for the 2025 school year! Hours: 8:20am-3:50pm Location: Perkasie, PA Job Type: Contract Position: Personal Care Assistant Reports To: Supervisor of Special Education and Building Principal
Job Summary This client is seeking Personal Care Assistants to support students in meeting their academic and/or behavioral goals. Responsibilities include providing necessary supports and modifications to access facilities and curriculum, offering physical support, and adapting teaching materials.
Requirements * At least 6 months of experience working with students exhibiting behaviors.
* Must hold the following clearances and certifications: * PA State Police Clearance (Act 34)
* Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)
* FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Act 114)
* School Personnel Health Form (Physical and TB test)
* PDE 6004 Form (Act 24)
* Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release Form(s) (Act 168)
* CPR/First Aid CertificationPre-Employment Paperwork Requirements * PA State Police Clearance (Act 34)
* Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)
