Our ideal candidate will handle case files from start to finish, have excellent credentials, a passion for helping people, and a minimum of 3 years of successful personal injury litigation and/or trial case experience. Responsibilities
Evaluate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly
Modify, review, and draft demand letters, pleadings, claims, motions, discovery responses, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents
Document and update the status of all case files in the case management system
Oversee personal injury case files from beginning to end
Supervise and delegate tasks to the team of legal assistants, personal injury paralegals, case managers, litigation paralegals, and legal secretary

Qualifications
Requires a bachelor's degree and a J.D. degree
Excellent negotiation, drafting, research, and communication skills are desired
State Bar Association membership and state license to practice law is mandatory
Three years of personal injury litigation or trial experience in wrongful death, medical malpractice, personal injury, or civil litigation practice areas is a necessity
Computer proficiency is essential
