Job Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, perform technical and specialized functions in support of the Human Resources Department; support teacher credentials, health benefits, unemployment claims, workers compensation claims, facilitate new projects in Human Resources, support with the tracking of Leave of Absences, and process certificated, classified, and substitute employees and applications; maintain the confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information.

**Initial placement will not exceed Step 2 rate of $40.66 if selected candidate exceeds the minimum requirements for the position**
Testing & Interview Details:
Testing Date: Tentatively scheduled for April 24, 2025 (times to be determined). Candidates who pass the test will be invited to interview on April 28, 2025.
Interview Presentation Requirement:
As part of the interview, candidates will be asked to create an HR informational presentation intended for staff. The presentation may include up to five slides, and creativity is encouraged. Candidates may reference the CRY-ROP website and choose any HR-related topic to present to the panel.
The presentation will be limited to five minutes and will serve as the final question in the interview. Exceeding the time limit will not impact the evaluation-we simply want to assess presentation skills. Candidates may bring a flash drive to connect to our screen for their presentation.
