Beloit Health System is hiring for our busy pharmacy for Pharmacists to join our team on a per diem basis to provide coverage for vacations and leaves. This position will be responsible for:

• Interacting with other health care providers to improve the medication use process
• CPOE verification
• Compounding and verifying sterile products, including chemotherapy
• Supervising Pharmacy Technicians and students
• ASP monitoring
• Pharmacokinetic drug dosing
• Medication reconciliation
• Discharge medicating counseling
• DUE managing and work on projects as assigned

Requirements:

• BS Pharm or PharmD from an accredited Pharmacy school
• Wisconsin and Illinois pharmacy license

• Hospital or Acute care experience
