Job Specialty: General Pharmacy
Job Duration: 14 weeks
Shift: (5) 7.5-hour shifts per week, with variable shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of pharmacist experience
License: Valid license to practice as a Pharmacist issued by the appropriate state authority; Primary Source Verification required
Certifications: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
Must-Have: Experience with pharmacy dispensing systems, sterile processing experience, IV room experience, and knowledge of an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system preferred
Job Description:
- Participate in the implementation of automated systems
- Provide expertise in sterile processing and pharmacy operations
- Experience with electronic medical records is preferred
- Flexible work schedule with training shifts from 7:30 am to 4 pm and/or 9 am to 5:30 pm; post-training shifts could vary between 7:30 am to 4 pm, 9 am to 5:30 pm, and possibly 11:30 am to 8 pm
- Conduct virtual and phone interviews as part of the selection process
- Effective communication and proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
