The hours are Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm.
As the second pharmacist for this location you will partner with the Pharmacist In Charge to assist with managing and leading the pharmacy to great success. You will be responsible for partnering in managing our pharmacy relationship with our health center client. This includes engaging with clinic providers and their clinical staff, providing drug related education, and acting as a member of the patient care team.
Our patients' health, compliance, and satisfaction are the most important factors to us. As the per-diem pharmacist, you are responsible for demonstrating the highest standard of patient quality care - from advising on prescriptions to helping treat chronic and specialty conditions. In addition, you are responsible for facilitating a team culture that promotes caring, enthusiasm, and pride by leading, and directing your pharmacy staff to achieve specific goals.

Required Education & Skills:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Current License to practice (PharmD) in Pennsylvania
- Excellent oral, written skills
Experience:
- Previous leadership role helpful
- Must be able to utilize Patient Management System in the Pharmacy
- 3 years related pharmacy experience preferred
Skills and Certifications
