Education and Qualifications
- Must have an advanced degree: BS Pharmacy or Pharm D
- Be a hold a license that is unrestricted
- Must have fulfilled all requirements of the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE)
- Must have fulfilled all requirements of the Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
