About This Role:

As a Pharmacist at Evara Health, you will provide accessible, affordable medication services to our diverse patient population. You'll be responsible for dispensing prescriptions accurately, counseling patients on proper medication use, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. By collaborating with our interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and behavioral health providers-you will help optimize medication therapies and contribute to holistic patient care. Your role is key in supporting chronic disease management and improving health outcomes for underserved communities.

Required Education & Experience:

• Required: BS in Pharmacy
• Preferred: PharmD
• Preferred: At least (1) year experience
