Exciting opportunity to join our growing pharmacy leadership team. The Oncology Pharmacy Manager will provide oversight of the Oncology Pharmacy Centers, located in the heart of Bloomington, IN with likely travel to Bedford, IN & Morgan, IN. This manager will lead a team of approximately 10-15 direct reports. The Oncology Pharmacy Manager will assist in cost savings and reduction of waste, as well as many other tasks. The Oncolocy Pharmacy Manager oversees and coordinate the daily operations of the hospital pharmacy and its staff. Provides comprehensive medication-related care for the purpose of achieving definite outcomes that improve a patient's quality of life. Acts in collaboration with physicians and other health care professionals in the responsibility for patient drug therapy outcomes. Is responsible for assisting the pharmacy director with preparing and performing all activities involving the pharmacy and therapeutics committee. Assists the Director in complying with all applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations. Will assists in new process implementation and quality improvement initiatives. Responsible for inventory management and the ongoing financial performance of the pharmacy.

- Requires current Indiana or Eligibility for Indiana Licenseure as a Pharmacist
- Requires PharmD or BS in Pharmacy
- 5-7 years Pharmacist experience is required
- Requires knowledge of Federal and State Laws and Regulations pertaining to dispensing of drugs and narcotics
- Management experience preferred
- Oncology Experience preferred
