With the support of the Program Manager, this position is responsible for monitoring compliance with program contracts, budgets, and expenditures of assigned programs. The Pharmacy Program Clinical Director will provide direct patient care and offer navigation services to individuals who are at high risk. This position will lead an interdisciplinary team of provider champions, a clinical pharmacist, and community health workers to consult and offer testing and counseling services. In addition, this individual will support the development of systems and infrastructure to increase services within BMS health centers.
Requirements
Education:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or Pharmacy. MSN or PharmD preferred.
Required Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:
Maryland RN or Pharmacist license
CPR
Experience:
Three years of clinical experience in ambulatory care
Three years of experience working in prevention or care, medical care systems.
