Job Type : Temp to Hire
Job Location: Phoenix, AZ (Chandler as well Deer Valley both)
Pay Range: $60-$70/hr
Schedule: F/T: Monday through Friday, more details upon interview

Description
Company Overview: Medivant Healthcare is a new fully automated injectable manufacturing & outsourcing (503B) facility. We manufacture single dose sterile injectable products on the FDA's shortage list for hospitals and health providers around the country.
Job Overview: The compounding pharmacy technician will assist the pharmacist by assisting with sterile injectable products following cGMP compounding/manufacturing practices and all other regulatory laws.
The compounding technician works under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, working in the clean room and compounding medication.
Duties and Responsibilities
Follow all company policies and procedures
Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions
Update job knowledge by participating in training opportunities
Demonstrates proficiency with following direction
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt with change of workflow
Properly use, document, calibrate and maintains equipment needed in making of compounds
Perform miscellaneous inventory of consumables to ensure proper stock
Operate, clean and sterilize aseptic compounding equipment and compounding areas
Maintain housekeeping standards in the compounding areas
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Follow all SOPs, and all other company policies, double check calculations, record compounding procedures, lot and expiry of ingredients
Coordinate with other pharmacy team members to compound preparations and execute quality assurance procedures, following standard operating procedures
Ensure all compounds are prepared in accordance with the master formulas and in accordance with USP -797-, and USP-800- and cGMP

Pharmacy Technician Requirements and Qualifications
Completion of a pharmacy technician certificate program
Must complete within 3 years of hire. Must get training technician license with the AZ Board of Pharmacy within one month of hire.
