Job Description
Job Duties
Support research and development efforts for nucleic acid biomarker isolation and quantification.
Lead or participate in research programs for the development of novel biomedical tools in areas such as biosensor development, ultra-sensitive detection of biomolecules, biomaterials, and spectroscopy.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to advance current research portfolio
Prepare technical documents, such as publications, proposals, SOPs, and reports.
Qualifications
Skills Requirements
A Ph.D. in biological or chemical engineering, or related discipline.
3-5+ years of postdoctoral or industrial experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead others in designing and developing experiments, and analyzing and interpreting data.
Demonstrated ability to perform collaborative research in an interdisciplinary team environment.
Excellent written and oral scientific communication skills.
US Citizen or US Permanent Resident due to government contract requirements.
