Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of web applications, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and customer needs.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership to the development team, including code reviews, architecture guidance, triage and problem-solving.
- Mentor and guide team members to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable software.
- Implement and enforce best practices for security, performance, and code quality.
- Proactive ownership, assignment and delegation of critical and time-sensitive delivery of issue resolution and project tasks throughout the agile delivery life cycle.
- Highly experienced with Customer-First focus when collaboration with commercial and business operation teams. Monitor and optimize application performance, ensuring they run efficiently and reliably using your extensive hands-on experience.
- Implement and enforce best practices for security, performance, and code quality with a strong, hands-on approach to development.
- Conduct regular security assessments and performance checks to identify and resolve potential issues, utilizing your deep technical knowledge.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating relevant advancements into the development process with a strong, hands-on approach.

Required / Desired Knowledge, Experiences, and Skills:
PHP Development:
- 5+ years of hands-on PHP development experience.
- Proven success in leading development projects.
PHP Frameworks:
- Expertise in frameworks like CodeIgniter, Laravel, Symfony, or Zend.
- Experience with Enterprise Databases.
- Over 5 years working with MS SQL or similar enterprise databases. Understanding of the policy lifecycle in database management.
APIs and Web Services:
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services with practical implementation skills.
CodeIgniter Framework:
- Deep experience with CodeIgniter and its ecosystem.
Front-End Technologies:
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as jQuery and AngularJS.
