Job Title: Rehabilitation Therapist
Job Specialty: Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist

Experience: Minimum of one year in acute, swing-bed/skilled nursing, and/or outpatient settings

Certifications: Healthcare Provider BLS Certification, approved by the AHA; Passed the National Physical Therapist Examination (NPTE)
Must-Have: Compliant with state regulatory requirements
Job Description:
- Direct, supervise, evaluate, and provide physical therapy services to patients in various settings including acute, swing, skilled nursing, and outpatient.
- Collaborate with the attending physician to execute prescribed therapy services.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Show compassion and attention to detail in patient care.
- Possess up-to-date knowledge of physical therapy treatment practices.
- Independently solve problems and know when to seek assistance.
- Exhibit excellent analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Manage patients with diverse personalities and diagnoses effectively.
- Write timely and accurate reports and professional correspondence that meet departmental standards.
- Proficiently use a computer and software related to the field.
- Commit to continual learning and application of new treatment techniques.
- Display punctuality and timeliness in all responsibilities.
- Capable of multi-tasking various responsibilities efficiently.
