Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides professional Physical Therapy services.
- Completes documentation accurately and timely.
- Participates in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives.
works efficiently and effectively while utilizing facility resources responsibly. - Maintains adequate and up to date knowledge of Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation Services and setting specific clinical and regulatory practices.
- Complies with facility policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Must have one year experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant (geriatric rehabilitation setting preferred)
- Must have current license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in facility-specific state
- Must have current certification in Basic Life Support.
- Reliable transportation required
