Job Title: Physical Therapist

Experience: Minimum 1 year required; New grads welcome
License: Oregon PT license
Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association)
Must-Have:
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
- Strong generalist in outpatient physical therapy
- Strong generalist with some neuro skills for patients with vestibular issues, POTS, EDS, and other neuro underlying conditions
Job Description:
- Perform general physical therapy assignments to improve patient function.
- Utilize equipment including computerized charting and medication systems.
- Participate in a general orientation to the hospital district, including mission, vision, and values.
- Undergo department-specific orientation, focusing on safety and technology.
- Adhere to a dress code of scrubs or business-casual attire, ensuring all clothing is tasteful and in good condition.
- Engage in a work setting that combines inpatient and outpatient responsibilities in a 90/10 ratio.
- Maintain records using HealthLand EMR.
- Work will not be during weekends or on-call, based on the provided shift info.
- No floating to other units or departments is required.
Note: Guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation.
