Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, plan, and administer prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients of all ages
- Work to restore function and prevent disability due to injury, illness, or physical conditions
- Help patients reach their highest possible level of physical function within their capabilities
- Supervise and coordinate care delegated to support staff, including Aides, PTAs, and students
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of patient charges and documentation
- Participate in department performance improvement and infection control initiatives
- Maintain equipment safety standards and participate in facility-wide safety programs
- Provide care to diverse patient populations including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Oklahoma (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in an outpatient setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
