Shift Type: Days (10-Hour Shifts)

Hourly Pay Rate: $41.00 - $63.00

Role Overview:

The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for conducting patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions to help patients regain mobility and function. This role involves collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and establish personalized treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care, monitor progress, and modify therapy plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals and home care exercises.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update patient records in electronic medical systems.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and educate patients and families effectively.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality at the assigned job location.
