Create and implement customized therapy plans to help residents reach their full potential in strength and mobility
Monitor resident progress, adjusting treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes
Collaborate with a dedicated care team to deliver holistic, patient-centered care
Educate and guide residents and their families through the recovery process, providing valuable support along the way
What You Bring:
A valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Alaska
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with residents and colleagues
A team-oriented approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional care
