Physical Therapist

A local, private physician group with a PT service line is looking to hire an experienced or new grad DPT who is interested in working with a small group of clinicians who value patient outcomes. Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Implement treatment plans, including manual therapy, exercise, and modalities
• Educate patients on their condition and how to manage it
• Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
• Document patient progress in the medical record

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist (GA)
• 1-2 years of experience working in an orthopedic physical therapy setting
• Strong understanding of orthopedic physical therapy principles and techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $80,000 - $100,000

Bonus Potential: $10,000 - $15,000 in bonus potential
