Full-Time Physical Therapist - Orthopedic Outpatient

We are hiring a Physical Therapist for our Orthopedic Outpatient Office in Blue Summit, MO. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical setting, providing evidence-based treatment to help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall function.

Schedule Options:

• Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Or (4) 10-hour shifts: Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday (No weekends)

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits

Patient Volume: 1-2 patients per hour

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
• Apply expertise in orthopedic outpatient therapy to guide patients through recovery.
• Implement cost-effective, non-surgical interventions to improve mobility and reduce reliance on medication.
• Develop comprehensive care plans incorporating a range of therapeutic techniques.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong commitment to collaboration and patient-centered care.
• Familiarity with WebPT EMR is a plus.
