Individualized Patient Care - Focused on one patient at a time
Position Overview:
This clinic focuses on providing one-on-one patient care with a lower patient volume, allowing for personalized and in-depth treatment. We are committed to helping patients of all ages recover from injuries, improve their physical performance, and achieve their health and wellness goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and functional capabilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals.
  • Provide one-on-one therapeutic interventions, including exercise programs, manual therapy, and modalities to improve patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and techniques to support recovery and maintain health.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal results.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and athletic trainers, to provide coordinated and comprehensive care.
  • Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment, adhering to all clinic policies and procedures.
  • Stay current with advances in physical therapy techniques and practices through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:
  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Previous experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
