Job Description:
- Provide physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Assist patients in improving mobility and managing pain through exercises and therapies.
- Document patient progress and communicate details to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families on continued therapy and exercise at home.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare and safety protocols.
- Support the healthcare team in providing high-quality care to patients in a home health setting.
