MaineHealth Maine Medical Center is seeking a board eligible/certified full-time OMM Physician to join our team. We continue to grow a multi-specialty clinic with anesthesiology, PM&R physicians, and LCSW's. OMM also has a close working relationship with Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Surgery with potential to embed OMM with Orthopedic services. Generous referrals are also requested by Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics/Gynecology and Neurology.
The optimal candidate will hold a DO degree and have specialty training in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine. You will work collaboratively with a team of pain management clinicians as well as orthopedic and primary care colleagues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary for interacting with patients, physicians, and clinical staff. Consultative services as well as longitudinal management of patients with musculoskeletal and somatic disorders is integral to the position.
