MaineHealth Primary Care Family Medicine, a department of Franklin Memorial Hospital, is seeking a full time BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to provide care at our office based in Farmington, Maine.
The successful candidate will join our dynamic team including two physicians and three Advanced Practice Providers (APP) working together with outstanding support staff. Franklin's Primary Care services include physical exams, women's health exams, sick visits, well-child visits, school and sports physicals and management of chronic health conditions. Blood work and lab services are on site, and inpatient care is at Franklin Hospital. The practice includes a skilled licensed clinical social worker to help facilitate behavioral health needs for their patients, allowing the entire health care team to work collaboratively to meet the needs of patients in the community. Call requirements are 1:6 and providers will occasionally make nursing home rounds. The position offers teaching opportunities of nurse practitioners/physician assistants as well as medical students from University of New England's UNECOM program and Tufts University Medical School program.

Minimum Qualifications:
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of Family/Internal Medicine Residency program.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family/Internal Medicine.
