• $319,284 - $345,324 Time-Limited Board Certified
• $303,276 - $328,032 Lifetime Board Certified
• $287,352 - $311,880 Pre-Board Certified

• $367,176 - $397,116 Time-Limited Board Certified
• $348,756 - $377,232 Lifetime Board Certified
• $330,444 - $358,656 Pre-Board Certified

*Doctors at select locations receive additional 15% pay
About the Position:

Within a structured, multidisciplinary team, provide primary care that may include treatment related to:

• Routine Preventative Care
• Chronic disease management and education
• Public Health
• Addiction Medicine
• HIV/HCV Care

Here, physicians have access to the tools needed for successful delivery of care, including:

• Expansive Drug Formulary
• Comprehensive Care Guides
• Referrals to Specialty Care and Services
• Strong Nursing Teams
• Expansive Allied Health Services

But, most important are what CCHCS physicians don't have:

• Insurance, Worker's Comp, and Disability paperwork
• Unrealistic patient volume - most primary care physicians see fewer patients per day than their private sector/HMO colleagues and are able to take the time they need for appointments
• Missed time with friends and family - with a 40-hour workweek, CCHCS physicians are able to care for patients and themselves

Minimum Qualifications

• CA Medical License
• IM/FP Certification
