Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as an extension of leadership, focusing on internal and external customers to impact market share.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with physicians, providers, and key stakeholders to drive engagement and growth.
- Provide strategic direction and market intelligence to inform growth strategies and service line initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for business development and lead growth initiatives.
- Create data-driven growth plans and present them regularly to leadership.
- Analyze data to track results and meet targets for assigned service lines.
- Maintain accurate contact and account information in CRM tools.
- Prospect for new business opportunities to increase market share.
- Communicate key service line messages aligned with marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with operations leadership to create growth strategies that focus on patient-centric solutions.
- Identify and address barriers to business and recommend solutions through effective communication strategies.
- Analyze and integrate business functions to assess market opportunities.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of demonstrated sales experience.
- 2+ years of healthcare or hospital experience preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce is a plus.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
